It's fake you people. Just get a proxy here (must use any other browser than IE): mineshafter.appspot.com . Here you must login with a Google Account and you can connect your Minecraft account thru the settings of your profile. You can change skins, add cloaks and change your connected Minecraft account, change your skin and cloak again, etc.
Just download the Client Proxy (1st selection) and the Proxy Launcher (3rd selection) on the Downloads Section. Still having trouble? Go to the Instructions Tab.
